Memberships now work on a rolling year basis ie they start on the day you take them out and they finish 12 months later- so you get better value for money!
Season passes mirror your membership so they last for 12 months from the day its taken out.
That could mean that your season pass might expire part way through the season, but no matter - because season passes are now digital, they can be easily updated at any time.
