Eastwood District Rugby Union Football Club, one of Sydney’s leading Shute Shield clubs, is seeking an experienced and motivated Colts Coach to lead our Colts program for the 2026 season.

About the Role
The Colts Coach will:
Lead the planning and delivery of training programs for the Colts team.
Develop players technically, tactically, and mentally to prepare them for 1st Grade rugby and beyond.
Create a positive, professional, and disciplined team culture that reflects the values of Eastwood Rugby.
Work collaboratively with other coaches, strength and conditioning staff, and club management.
Support player welfare, development pathways, and retention.
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated rugby coaching experience, ideally at Colts or senior level or school system such as GPS, CAS and ISA.
Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Ability to build trust and respect with young athletes.
A passion for player development and rugby pathways.
Relevant coaching accreditations (or willingness to advance) including current WWC and Smart Rugby and current Foundation/Level 1 as minimum.
