Eastwood Rugby Junior Academy

The Eastwood Rugby Junior Academy is designed to develop the next generation of Woods Rugby players. Open to boys and girls aged 10 to 18, the four week program focuses on skill development, game understanding, and creating a clear pathway from junior rugby through to Colts and Grade. Led by Eastwood’s senior coaching staff and top squad athletes, the Junior Academy will deliver high quality, professional training in a fun and inclusive environment that builds confidence, teamwork, and a connection to the game.

Cost is $50 for the 4 week program, and every participant receives a hat and training top. 

Time slots

2:00–3:30pm Ages 10–11 Core skills, teamwork, game enjoyment 

3:30–5:00pm Ages 12–14 High-performance prep, strength, mobility, tactical awareness 

3:30–5:00pm Ages15–18 Position-specific skills, technical development, conditioning
